9. When exploring the different sites for my subculture one can see that the members are pulled into being othrkins because of the diverseness of the group. Otherkins have so many different types of beings that anyone who believes themselves to be different from the rest of the group can have the chance to join. They are pulled in by the different blogs that showcase how they function and how everyone there is friendly. On many of the sites the memeber post activites and numbers, addresses and ways to contact one another so that every member feels wanted and accepted in the group. Each member of the group has their own identiy they can either just be a non origional otherkin or be more specific like an elf, fae, dragon or any other mythical creature. Each subculture within the subculture has their own identity in the group. Each person gets represented for who they are by participating in the group.
