Bamboozled was a movie of satire, it used humor to understand how people treat other races. The movie was full of social class, this shows that in america there are many different areas of social class. In the movie there were people of high standings such as that boss. People of a little bit lower status, the black man working under the head white man. And finally the lowest classes, like the dancers.Hegemomy was also in teh movie because of the standing of the people. Sterotypes are also in the movie, for example the blackfaces people, they were expected to be stupid so they did in the movie. They acted dumb slow and uneducated. Racial slurs were also in the movie, they used a lot of slang terms and cursing.

  1. Its funny how Spike Lee put the characters in socail classes from the beginning and also went incorperated the idea of color. He put the white boss at th top and the dancers at the bottom. But he also put the creator of the show who was black at the top of the social status but made him seem uneduacated and irratic. He defined the characters by their status but made distencation by their language and way of acting.
